Kopšana: pirms katras lietošanas BIBS knupītis ir īslaicīgi jāsterilizē, pārlejot to ar verdošu ūdeni (nevārīt, jo tas var bojāt dabīgo materiālu). Pirms pirmās lietošanas reizes iemērciet knupi verdošā ūdenī uz 5 minūtēm. Tā kā knupīša gals ir ventilējams, tajā būs iekļuvis ūdens. Kad knupis ir atdzisis, izspiediet ūdeni no knupīša gala.
Uzglabāšana: neatstājiet knupi tiešos saules staros un nepakļaujiet karstumam, jo tas var bojāt dabisko materiālu. Neatstājiet savu BIBS knupi dezinfekcijas vai sterilizācijas šķidrumā, kas var ietekmēt knupīša izturību.

If the size does not fit, can it be exchanged/returned?
The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days by sending it back through Parcel machine for free or to the store in Ādaži, Pirmā iela 36. Before you go to change, please call and find out if the product you want to exchange is available immediately - 26844430.
